Following their successes at the 2015 Tour of the Goldfields, the High5 DreamTeam sealed the National Road Series Teams’ Title after a tight battle all year with the Bicycle Superstore and Holden Women’s Cycling teams.

Team Manager Donna Rae-Szalinski was thrilled with the effort and commitment shown by the team to deliver the win at Tour of the Goldfields, and to win the National Road Series Teams Aggregate.

“The 2015 High5 Dream Team evolved through the vision of Rochelle Gilmore and Cycling Australia.”

“A primary objective of the team was to assist riders in developing the attributes required to race successfully at an international level.”

“The journey from our beginning at Tour Down Under through to Goldfields has been filled with opportunity to learn and grow. Each rider in the team has embraced the opportunity and their ability to deliver tactically and skillfully under race conditions has flourished.”

“Vital to this development has been the commitment by the riders to excel for our sponsors High5 Nutrition, Wilier, Campagnolo, Kask, Oakley, Champion System, our team owner Rochelle Gilmore and for Cycling Australia. The team looks forward to continued growth in the 2016 NRS season!” said Rae-Szalinski.

Team Owner Rochelle Gilmore was ecstatic with both the result and the efforts of the athletes and staff who made 2015 such a successful season for the team.

“The athletes exceeded my expectations this year but more importantly than their impressive results was the way they developed & raced as a team”.

“It’s amazing how committed they’ve been to a team result, learning & inspiring each other”!

“Full credit to our team staff too! Our DS, Donna Rae Szalinski is a world class director & got the absolute best out of each & every one of our athletes!” added Gilmore.
