Dream Team Return To Action At King Valley

After the winter break, the High5 Dream Team are eager to heat things up when they return to action at the 2017 Tour of the King Valley this weekend. With four stages across three action-packed days, the racing is sure to keenly contested. The tour starts with a time trial on Friday morning, followed by a criterium in the afternoon. Under 23 Oceania Road Race Gold For Jessica Pratt

Jessica Pratt has put Nationals disappointment behind her to take out the Under 23 Women’s Oceania Road Race in Canberra today. Pratt finished fourth overall, with High5 Dream Team teammate Lucy Kennedy finishing third to claim two medals from the championships. In a star-studded field, High5 Dream Team’s Lucy Kennedy has torn up the road to win the 2017 Oceania Road Championships Individual Time Trial in Canberra today. Rebecca Wiasak Claims Australian Individual Pursuit Crown

In a pulsating Individual Pursuit final at the 2017 Australian Track Championships, High5 Dream Team’s Rebecca Wiasak claimed her first-ever Australian championship by beating home Amy Cure of Tasmania in a time of 3:30.404. After launching out of the blocks, Wiasak quickly built up a one second lead in the opening laps, laying down a marker for the fast-finishing Cure to chase down. Sam de Riter Wins Tour of East Gippsland Final Stage

The High5 Dream Team finished off the Tour of East Gippsland in style, capping off a strong tour with a 1-2 on the final stage and also securing Lucy Kennedy’s 4th position on the general classification.
